Safe Drinking Water on Tribal Lands

  • FY25 Tribal Drinking Water Funding Announcement

    June 13, 2025 - EPA released a funding allotment memorandum that provides information on $112 million in funding available to support Tribal drinking water infrastructure. Learn more.

EPA works collaboratively with Tribal governments, Tribal utilities and Tribal members to implement the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA). The goal of this collaboration is to improve access to safe drinking water on Tribal lands.
