Documents Related to the Hazardous Waste Listing of Paint Wastes

EPA proposed concentration-based listing for certain paint waste solids (K179) and paint waste liquids (K180). A review of public comments and supplemental analysis determined that these paint wastes would not be listed as a hazardous waste.
