- Final Report - Yellow Bluff Air Study On November 16 - December 16, 2010 and January 23-28, 2011, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) conducted an air sampling study in Yellow Bluff, Wilcox County, Alabama. This study was conducted in response to concerns about potential health impacts related to air emissions emanating from a nearby paper mill.
