Original 2010 Court Order in CBD v. EPA

On May 17, 2010, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California Ordered that EPA shall make effects determinations and initiate consultation, as appropriate, with the United States Fish and Wildlife Service, pursuant to applicable regulations in effect at the time when the determination is made, regarding the potential effects of 75 pesticides on 11 species in the greater San Francisco Bay Area, including the Bay Delta, specifically covering the following California counties — Marin, Sonoma, Napa, Solano, Contra Costa, Alameda, Santa Clara, and San Mateo.
